thai binh shoes, presentation prep work

the last two days we have just been meeting with our client and working on our presentation in our free time. yesterday afternoon the group went on a factory visit to thai binh shoes; a large footwear manufacturer here in vietnam that works with reebok, skechers, etc. it was interesting to see how the shoes made but it was SO HOT. i almost fainted when we had to walk up a flight of stairs and could envision that happening in my mind but didn't say anything. then i got better. but there are something like 10,000 employees that work for thai binh, not sure exactly how many in the factory but there's a lot. and they have to work there all day every day stitching shoes and gluing soles on in 90 degree weather.

last night a group of us played asshole for hours and hours and i wish that i took pictures. especially of the worst display of chugging a beer that i've ever seen, done by sumeet sagoo.
